Tiger Properties commences construction on 51st floor of Marina Pinnacle Tower

A state-of-the-art tower, Marina Pinnacle comprises 71 storeys, including 4 parking levels, ground level, one fully equipped health and fitness level, 3 services levels and 58 residential levels, in addition to top notch retail facilities.

Mr. Taha Mohammed, Chief Executive Officer of Tiger Properties, a member of the Tiger Group, said of the project's progress:

The 40-storey towers, strategically situated on Jumeirah Lake, and near the almost-completed Metro Station, comprises 4 parking levels, one fitness and health club level, 1 service level, retail facilities at ground level and 32 residential levels in addition to 3 storeys of commercial space.
