IAA and HigherPro conclude workshop on "Innovative and Creative Leaders"

A workshop on "Innovative and Creative Leaders" that was organized by the International Advertising Association - Jordan Chapter (IAA Jordan), in collaboration with HigherPro - Raising Leaders Company concluded in Amman.

The three-day workshop, which targeted leaders, decision makers and team players of all levels, discussed issues related to innovative and business success, skills leading to creativity, getting the best ideas from the working team, becoming an innovative leader in addition to strategies for promoting innovation in the organization.

According to the workshop trainer Basel Saliba, CEO of HigherPro - Raising Leaders, the workshop attracted many participants from different companies and organizations. It came as a response to the challenges that the businesses are facing today either in Jordan or the region, and the need to respond through encouraging creativity and building innovative systems in the companies and organizations to excel and rise high.

"Participants in the workshop have become better equipped to deal with critical matters that need creativity at workplace. It also helped in bringing leaders from different fields to create a network between them,"

said Hania Juma, Executive Manager of IAA.

According to participants this workshop was eye-opening and highly informative. It had direct impact on their daily activities at workplace as well as their strategic objectives.

"I have learned new skills on how to deal with challenges in a creative manner," said one of the participants. He added that the innovation is something crucial and of great importance at workplace and he is going to utilize the skills gained at the course to encourage creativity amongst his team.

Some of the participating companies in the course included STS, Nuqul Group, Globitel, ATICO, AD Pro, Palestine Investment Fund, Intercontinental Hotel Aqaba, Leading Group, Jordan New Cable Company, and Save The Children.
