Almarai to buy Egyptian dairy

Saudi Arabia's Almarai said it has signed an initial agreement to buy Egyptian dairy and juice manufacturer, International Company for Agricultural Industrialisation Projects, Reuters has reported. Almarai has been diversifying revenue sources, and plans to boost investment budget to SR6bn for five years to 2013.
