Sweets of Oman to sample products at Origin Oman Show

As part of its commitment to produce and deliver safe and quality products to its customers and to meet national and international requirements, Sweets of Oman will be sampling its variety of products at the Origin Oman Show on August 12 to 18 at the Municipality Fair Ground in Salalah.

Organized by Oman International Trade & Exhibitions (OITE), the country's leading events organizer, and supported by Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE), the Origin Oman Show will run parallel to the Shopping Fair alongside the Salalah Tourism Festival.

Sweets of Oman's national sales manager, Mr. Mahavir Jain, said "Origin Oman Show is a great opportunity to display our range of products that are available in the market."

"We have developed many new products and we would like to make our products available to visitors coming to the show. Sweets of Oman aims to have a direct interaction with customers and to understand their specific taste requirements,"

added Mr. Jain.

Offering a variety of products with international quality, Sweets of Oman has been largely responsible for satisfying the country's demand for chocolates and sugar confectionery.

With "Chiko" as the flagship brand, Sweets of Oman started catering mostly to the local market in 1991. Today, it has grown steadily selling products that are enjoyed by customers in 40 countries including Australia, New Zealand, UK, US, Canada, in addition to GCC, Asia and African countries.

"The growth of our products has been possible because Sweets of Oman studies the customer needs carefully and ensures that the specific needs of the market are met," Mr. Jain said.

Having obtained the HACCP Certification in April 2004 and the BRC Quality Certification in 2007, Sweets of Oman is relentless in its pursuit for quality and competitive pricing. The brand has successfully penetrated countries worldwide.
