Sodic posts EGP15m profit in H1

The Sixth of October for Development and Investment Company (Sodic) has reported a net sales of EGP41.34m and a net profit of EGP15.06m during the first half the year. The growth is attributed to Sodic's strategy in converting approximately 4.8 million sqm. of land into various projects. The period has also witnessed a sale of more than 800 units with a value of EGP2.513bn.
