Razak will be responsible for the setting up trading and sales - providing an execution platform for international clients.
Sadiq brings with him 16 years of financial markets experience having worked for Bear Stearns and for the last 12 years at ING bank in London trading emerging markets equities.
He was also responsible for setting up Middle East equity trading at ING. In addition to his work experience he also holds an MBA from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.
In addition Sadiq will also be setting up a brokerage operation within the DIFC in Dubai. The new Naeem arm will be a vehicle to open international channels and set business through physical existence in Europe and the US - Sadiq will be the Managing Director of the new Naeem DIFC Company.
