UAE minister of environment and water and senior officials ensured 'ISO Dubai 2008' event facilities during site inspections

After their last announcement about the honorable patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) started site inspections

This event, which will highlight the UAE's achievements in the area of international standards and regulations, will be held at Grand Hyatt Dubai and a team from ESMA recently inspected the hotel and the Heritage and Diving Village to ensure all of the facilities will be ready for the international delegations.

Attending the site inspection were H.E. Dr. Rashid Ahmad Bin Fahad, UAE Minister of Environment and Water and Chairman of ISO 2008 Higher Organizing Committee; Mr. Mohammed Ahmad Al Mulla, Director of ESMA Metrology Department and General Coordinator of the committee; Mr. Farooq Al Saleh, ESMA Head of Public Relations, and Lea-Ann Randall representing the event organiser, DNATA World of Events.

ESMA's Chairman is the UAE Minister of Economy, H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed AlMansoori. The Director General is H.E. Waleed Bin Falah Al-Mansouri.
