Damac Properties awards over Dhs15m enabling works contract for Executive Bay

The enabling works commenced on 21st July 2008 and has been awarded to Al Habtoor Engineering enterprises - one of the leading names in construction in the region.

Al Habtoor was also recently awarded the Park Central and Capital Bay projects at Business Bay.

The scope of work of the contract includes shoring piles, excavation and anchoring.

The value of the contract exceeds Dhs15m and the enabling work is expected to be completed by Dec 2008.

Commenting on awarding yet another enabling contract this year, Peter Riddoch, CEO, Damac Properties said:

Damac Properties will deliver 2300 units in 2008 and a further 7100 units by 2010.
