Emad Dahleh appointed Vice President and CEO for United Group Holdings

Mr. Emad Dahleh was unanimously voted as Vice President and CEO of United Group Holdings by its board members last Wednesday.

Dahleh expressed his happiness with the Board's choice which illustrates their confidence and confirmed that he will work hard to achieve the company's goals and boost its performance to exceptional levels in addition to expanding the volume of integrated logistics services provided by the company.

Mr. Emad Dahleh was born in 1968 in Amman, Jordan, and obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Wright State University Ohio (USA) in 1992.

Dahleh has held several positions as Founding Member, Vice President and General Manager for many companies which are now part of the Group such as Jordan Global Food Distribution since 2002, Flagship Food Trading since 2004, United Group Logistics since 2006, Jordan Vehicles Maintenance Co. since 2006, and Specialized Services and Container Transport since 2007.

In addition to his current position Mr. Dahleh holds the positions of General Manager of Luxury Group Trading, Vice President of Eithar Investments, Board Member of the following companies; Masaken, Offtec Group, and Tuhama Financial Investments.

It is worth mentioning that United Group Holdings Company (UGH) was established in Amman early 2008 with a paid up capital of JD50m with the vision to be one of the largest companies in Jordan and the region providing comprehensive integrated logistical services and solutions utilizing the most up to date technology in the aim of achieving the highest levels of supply chain management excellence.
