Al Benaa Real Estate Investment ties up with SEF Singapore for interior fit-out projects

Al Benaa Real Estate Investment PJSC, a company incorporated in Abu Dhabi,and SEF UAE Interiors LLC, a Singapore-based company incorporated in Dubai has collaborated in a joint venture agreement to seize opportunities on interior fit-out projects in the UAE.

The agreement was signed by Mrs. Noura Jasem Al Nowais (CEO of Al Benaa Real Estate Investment and Ms. Eileen Ng Managing Director of SEF).

The signing ceremony was carried out at the International Enterprise Singapore office, an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore with its offices in Abu Dhabi, tasked to promote overseas growth of Singapore-based enterprises and international trade.

Al Benaa is a private stock company with its expertise in UAE's real estate market in turnkey solutions, which include commercial and residential properties, education, health, hospitality and other development opportunities is able to assist and facilitate the procurement of projects in Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE.

Whereas, SEF has 14 years of expertise and experience in contracting, interior design and interior fit-out works is capable of carrying out the complete interior fit-out works with full-scope turnkey fit-out and furnishing of luxury hotels, residential apartments, commercial projects and other public facilities in the Middle East region.

Al Benaa announced some time ago that it will carry out a number of huge real state projects in Abu Dhabi and other UAE cities. The projects will be revealed soon after studies and designs are finished. Villas in superb Al-Nahyan Camp, downtown Abu Dhabi, and other modern residential complexes in the capital have been announced for sale, Nora Jasem Al-Nowais, Al Benaa CEO announced in a press release.

According to Al-Nowais, the new projects are qualitative shift in investments and real state projects not only in UAE, but in Gulf region as well. They will significantly contribute in rebalancing the supply of residential, commercial and tourist units in UAE, she added.

Al Benaa has also signed agreements and forged partnerships with a number of national and international companies specializing in design, engineering and environmental consultancies and marketing, the CEO added. The purpose of such agreements and partnerships is to effectively and efficiently support the company's projects and competitiveness as well as meeting the needs of investors and shareholders as fast as possible, she said.

Al-Nowais reiterated the role the company draw for itself and insists to fulfill. Such role aims to carry out part of the UAE development strategy developed by HH President Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may Allah protect him, and crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may Allah protect him.

Giving priority to the welfare of the Emirati people, the strategy focuses on supporting private and public sectors to achieve the economic prosperity of society as well as effectively and efficiently contributing to the acceleration of its growth and productivity rates.
