Bahrain City Centre presents 25,000 square metres of entertainment

The eagerly awaited Bahrain City Centre will not only offer an abundance of shopping, hospitality, food & beverages choices but also wholesome leisure and entertainment activities for the entire family.

Spread over 25,000 square metres and occupying 17% of the gross leasable area, the leisure and entertainment offering at Bahrain City Centre assures its visitors fun and excitement like never before.

Signature attractions at the Centre include the Middle East's first indoor-outdoor water park slated for a spring 2009 opening. The entire water park is themed against a sub-tropical paradise backdrop and will introduce families in the region to a whole new world of thrilling rides and attractions.

With 70% of the pool deck area planned indoors and 30% outdoors, the water park is well-equipped to welcome guests all year-round as it offers temperature controlled pools.

Next in line includes the 20-screen Cineco Cineplex offering the latest in European VIP standard seats, introducing the best-ever comfort and luxury experienced by moviegoers. Cineco Cineplex will also feature a special exquisite cinema screen for VIPs who wish to enjoy unparalleled service and in-cinema hospitality.

For the young ones, by age and at heart, Bahrain City Centre offers the Kingdom's first Magic Planet, an indoor amusement park featuring several international award-winning rides and games including 10-pin bowling alleys, bumper cars, pool and billiards tables and a brand new ride called Foam Factory.
