Held in the hotel's renowned Vietnamese restaurant, Indochine, the class was conducted by Executive Chef Rabah Abu Sbeitan and Grand Hyatt Amman's own Vietnamese Chef, Chef Nguyen Tuan.

The purpose of the class was to entertain the participants in an enlightening and creative manner, as well as to pay homage to a rich cuisine that has much to offer.

The ladies were given the opportunity to be hands-on with the dishes that were prepared, which were then served during lunch.

'The event was a great success and we are sure to plan similar events in the future,' said Chef Rabah.

He expressed his joy in organizing such an event, which aims to strengthen the relationship between Grand Hyatt Amman and ASEAN embassies, representatives of which have been welcomed to the hotel at various events in the past.

This kind of event also promotes Indochine, which is considered the first of its kind in Jordan in terms of quality, standards and the variety of its sumptuous Asian menu.
