Following a two month promotion in London's landmark department store, Harrods, Dubai Properties is now moving to The Ritz Paris, the city's most famous hotel.

The promotion will take advantage of Europe's elite who descend upon the city in the lead up to Paris Fashion Week and give investors the opportunity to explore Dubai Properties product within the glamorous surroundings of The Ritz.

Yaqoob Al Zarooni, Deputy Chief Executive of Dubai Properties comments:
'We are delighted to return to The Ritz Paris to offer European investors and owner occupiers the opportunity to purchase premium property in Dubai's Culture Village. With the growing strength of the Euro and Pound Stirling against the UAE Dirham, there has never been a better time to buy property in Dubai.'

Dubai Properties is currently master-developing over 1.1 billion square feet of real estate in Dubai - with projects including Jumeriah Beach Residences, Business Bay, Mudon and Culture Village - an area that would cover the city of Paris.

Dubai Properties latest residential offering, currently available exclusively through Harrods Estates, is located in the heart of Dubai's historic and cultural centre with access to a wealth of arts institutions that are planned for the area.

Babil is located on the Dubai Creek and benefits from the cooling sea breeze and stunning views across to the old town.

Shirley Humphrey, Director of Sales and Marketing for Harrods Estates comments:

'Babil represents a fantastic opportunity for European investors to purchase prime Dubai real estate in one of the emirate's most prestigious addresses. Culture Village promises an elite lifestyle in an intellectually simulating environment, with year-round world class cultural events.'
