GAMES 08 announces line-up for first industry product launch in the Middle East

Set to be the largest product launch in the Gulf so far this year, GAMES (Games Alliance Middle East Show) 2008, has confirmed the two day agenda.
The day of the 17th is reserved for press and trade members only, and will include presentations from publishers, showcasing major titles due for release in the coming months. Following the presentations will be a conference, where
Concluding the day's activities will be an Iftar dinner, at which keynote speakers will discuss topics such as developing retail concepts, online gaming in the Middle East, and boosting the sales of legal software. Retail and Media Awards for those who have strived to promote gaming as an industry in the Middle East will also be presented.
Wrapping up the trade conferences on the morning of the 18th will be Sony PlayStation and Microsoft with their presentations and forecasts for 2009.
The public are invited to attend the launch from 6pm onwards on the 18th, where major publishers such as Activision, Capcom, Electronic Arts, Microsoft Games, Midway, Sega, Sony Computer Entertainment, Take Two, THQ, Ubisoft, and Vivendi Games will be present to meet and greet consumers as well as provide insights and previews into the hottest games for 2008/09
To get your invitation to GAMES 08, consumers will need to pre-register on the ME Gamers website, www.megamers.com/games. Invites will be emailed to attendees who will then need to bring them along to the show for entry.
Unlike other industry events, GAMES 08 will be free for the public to attend, however places are limited so register your attendance today!
