The exhibition, which lasted for two days, was held at the headquarters of the Contractors Association with participation of a number of high profile companies working in the field of solar energy, in addition to a number of companies specializing in the manufacturing of solar heaters.
A team of specialized representatives of Haier supervised the company's booth at the exhibition, which featured Haier's solar-powered heaters and water heaters. The team gave detailed explanations of these energy-saving products when their booth was visited by Kabariti.
"Haier's participation in this exhibition due to its recognition as a valuable meeting point to discuss the future of sustainable energy,"
said Reham Ghaboun, Haier's Marketing Manager.
Ghaboun added, "The exhibition presented an opportunity to discuss the future projects of participating companies, and an invitation to combine efforts towards developing this sector which is the ideal route towards providing alternative energy in this environment of spiraling energy costs."
Commenting on their experience in the exhibition, Haier's Sales Manager Alaa Alawi said:
"We thought it prudent to display our latest lineup of solar-powered heaters and water heaters, which have been designed to save energy, thus having positive repercussions on the economy and the environment, in addition to them being much safer than conventional heaters."
Haier's booth at the exhibition received great interest by visitors due to Haier's products enjoying high quality and excellent performance.
It is worth noting that Haier had provided the Beijing 2008 Olympics with more than 60 thousand economical, environmentally-friendly electrical appliances. Haier had designed a new, integrated "green" product line for use in the Olympics in Beijing to be installed in all Olympic venues and in other Chinese cities hosting Olympic activities.
