Volkswagen team completes training

Behbehani Brothers, the exclusive dealer of Volkswagen in the Kingdom of Bahrain, congratulated Mr. Yahya Sharif and Mr. Mohammed Jafar on becoming qualified service advisors.

From L-R: Mr. Felix Miranda(VW Brand Manager), Mr. Yahya Sharif (Service Advisor), Mr. Peter Green (Behbehani Brothers-General Manager), Mr. Mohammed Jafar(Service Advisors), and Mr. Chris Johnson(VW Service Manager).

Mr. Sharif and Mr. Jafar successfully completed all the levels of the training session that took place at the Volkswagen Middle East Headquarter's Service Training Centre in Dubai in July 2008.

The objective of the training was to enhance customer relations and service by providing professional, quick and timely advise.

On this occasion Volkswagen Service Manager Mr. Chris Johnson said:

"Offering the best customer service has always been a top priority at Behbehani Brothers. Manned by qualified and highly skilled advisors, Behbehani Brothers team delivers quality after sales services to all our customers."

Both Mr. Sharif and Mr. Jafar joined the Volkswagen Service Department in Bahrain in 2006 offering effective service to all the customers with their beliefs and attitudes.

The two employees were congratulated by the General Manager of Behbehani Brothers Mr. Peter Green, the Brand Manager of Volkswagen Centre Bahrain Mr. Felix Miranda and Service Manager of Volkswagen Centre Bahrain Mr. Chris Johnson.
