The objective of the training was to enhance customer relations and service by providing professional, quick and timely advise.

Both Mr. Sharif and Mr. Jafar joined the Volkswagen Service Department in Bahrain in 2006 offering effective service to all the customers with their beliefs and attitudes.
The two employees were congratulated by the General Manager of Behbehani Brothers Mr. Peter Green, the Brand Manager of Volkswagen Centre Bahrain Mr. Felix Miranda and Service Manager of Volkswagen Centre Bahrain Mr. Chris Johnson.
