DIB launches Emirates Leasing

Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) is launching Emirates Leasing, a new wholly-owned subsidiary, to provide Sharia-compliant full-service vehicle leasing as well as fleet management services and sale and lease-back with a focus on cars and light commercial vehicles. Emirates Leasing said it will offer a highly competitive alternative to the rental business targeting small to large companies, who wish to outsource and improve their fleet operation, ensuring that they only pay for what they actually use, according to a press statement.
