The two month training program, which began in July, is designed to assist students in gaining vocational experience in their respective fields of study.
More importantly, the initiative seeks to give students nearing graduation a gateway into their professional careers.
Head of Human Resources and Administration, Fathia Al Awadhi noted:
"Reef is committed to assisting in the professional growth of future generations through practical mentoring and training programs that's support their academic courses. We believe that internship experience such as the one undertaken provides youths with a better ability to decide on future career paths."
Al Awadhi added, "We are especially pleased to note that some of our interns from previous years have chosen to stay on with us, starting their careers, here at Reef. We aim to consistently provide this training opportunity every year in order to enhance the skills and experiences of Bahraini youth entering the workforce."
