Audi Jordan scores highest in Middle East customer satisfaction survey

The Aftersales Division of Audi Jordan, represented by Nuqul Automotive, has recently achieved the highest score of overall Aftersales customer satisfaction among all Audi dealerships in the Middle East region.

Audi Jordan's team received the certificate at the 2008 Audi Service Manager Conference held in Dubai and proudly scored a benchmark for Audi's top service in the Middle East.

Through direct customer feedback the survey conducted by Audi Middle East measures the customers' service experience from time of booking to pick up on a multitude of Aftersales satisfaction values, many of which are crucial for customer loyalty.

On the occasion, Mr. Marwan Nuqul, CEO of Nuqul Automotive, commented:

"This award is yet another achievement for Audi Jordan; our dedicated Aftersales team has worked relentlessly not sparing any effort to deliver a redefined service to our customers."
