Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh names Domenico Acampora as new Italian chef at Quattro

With an abiding passion for cooking and extensive experience in the field, Acampora is perfectly poised to showcase his native cuisine in the Quattro kitchen.

Prior to his appointment at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, Acampora worked as Chef de Cuisine at Conrad International Cairo, following a year-long stint at the one-starred Michelin restaurant AMA in Milan.

The globetrotting chef also worked at the Shangri-La Hotel in Manila, Follia Fashion and Food in Chicago and as Executive Chef at the Hotel Grand Dominicus Bayahibe in the Dominican Republic, amongst other international venues.

During his travels, Acampora has cooked for presidents and Hollywood celebrities.

Additionally, he had the privilege of working as Sous Chef at the legendary New York City French restaurant, Le Cirque, under the tutelage of master chef Sotha Khunn and culinary genius Pierre Schaedelin.

With a string of fine restaurants and hotels under his belt, Acampora will have no trouble fitting in as part of the Food and Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.

Quattro offers superb, uncomplicated dishes from all regions of Italy.

The menu features a number of vegetarian dishes, nutritionally balanced healthier fare and innovative creations from the new 'Capo Della Cucina,' Acampora.

Freshly prepared bread and pizza from the open kitchen's wood-burning oven are also favourite features.

Located on the ground floor of the northwest podium, Quattro is open from 7pm to 1am and seats 85 guests.
