Abu Dhabi Business HUB L.L.C., a commercial and industrial real estate developer/investor, is developing commercial mixed offices and warehouses complex in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD1), Musaffah, UAE.
The Dhs600m ($163m) development consists of three blocks of offices, 29 warehouses, and other utilities required to service the development. The construction of the development is divided into three phases.
Phases I and II consist of the offices blocks and 14 warehouses, are in progress and are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2008. Meanwhile, Phase III consisting of 15 warehouses, which has yet to commence construction, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Hill International, the worldwide construction consulting firm, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Abu Dhabi Business HUB L.L.C. to provide project management services for the Abu Dhabi Business HUB Project in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The eighteen-month contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately Dhs5.1m ($1.4m).
