NMK introduce new consumer microphones

Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises, distributors of Blue Microphones in the United Arab Emirates, have begun distribution of the Snowball USB microphone and the new compact Snowflake USB microphone in iStyle (Apple Premium Reseller) and Virgin Megastores this week.

The Snowball is a direct plug and play microphone that connects to either a Mac or PC, requiring no additional software. With its dual capsule design and unique three-pattern switch (cardioid, cardioid with -10dB pad and omni), the Snowball can handle everything from soft vocals to the loudest garage band.

While the Snowflake is similar to the Snowball, as it also is a direct plug and play microphone that connectors to either a Mac or PC, requiring no additional software. However, its compact size makes it a great companion for any mobile requirement. It is perfect for podcasting, voice recognition software, iChat, and VoIP software such as Skype and Vonage. Alternatively, it can be used for dictation, field recording, lecture recording, and narration for slideshows and PowerPoint presentations
