SNASCO's sponsorship of the Ramadan Festival is consistent with the company's strategy of building and strengthening its relationship with the local community, and is in line with the firm's aims to distinguish itself through substantial contributions to the community on various levels.
Speaking on the company's decision to sponsor this year's Ramadan Festival, Mr. Talal Al Sorayai, Deputy Chairman of SNASCO said:
"Since its establishment, SNASCO has sought to integrate itself into the community through a number of outreach initiatives as well as through the projects that we develop. Besides being a key player in the real estate industry on a regional level, we continuously seek to build a relationship with the individual who shares our interest in the emirate's transformation into a world-class destination for business, leisure and living. This cannot be achieved by the development of real estate projects alone, but requires the contribution to the overall prosperity of the domestic community. Our decision to participate in this year's Ramadan Festival stems from this direction. Having seen the enormous positive impact of such initiatives in the past, we are supremely confident that this year's festival will prove as successful, if not more so than in previous years."
The festival draws thousands of visitors from across the GCC and the broader Middle East region each year. Since its launch 19 years ago, the organizing committee has continuously incorporated new ideas and activities each year, while maintaining the values associated with the holy month of Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr. Shopping and promotional activities are launched across the emirate, accompanied by many social, economic, educational, religious, sporting, medical and environmental initiatives, as well as entertainment and promotional activities that attract people from all walks of life throughout the 40-day period.
