'If you influence company travel spend, book travel for your colleagues, or frequently travel on business, then The Business Travel Show Dubai is a must-attend event. Basically, the event will show bookers how to make the most cost effective use of travel.' promises Sally Maltby, Event Director for show organisers Centaur Exhibitions.
The annual networking event will showcase airline and hotel groups, travel management companies, providers of car rental, private jet hire, chauffeur drive, corporate credit cards and more.
Companies already participating in the Exhibition include PrivatAir, HRS, EMAAR Hospitality, Kanoo and Rotana Hotels, as well as international players in the field of business travel, such as Dnata, Alshamel, InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton, Virgin Atlantic and Jumeirah.
'Delegates attending will get to discover first hand the best ways to manage their business travel and meetings requirements and ways to save money. They will learn from the experts at our Educational Conference, and be able to network with travel industry professionals so as to build stronger industry relationships. Importantly, the event will prepare them for future travel trends, which in today's current business climate could become a vital tool to success,'
Maltby explained.
Education will play a central role at this year's Business Travel Show Dubai, with free Keynote speeches and paid for interactive discussion panels being delivered during a two-day Educational Conference running alongside the main exhibition.
The programme, being delivered in association with ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives), covers topics such as; traveller safety and duty of care, sourcing the best price in the shortest time, achieving a good TMC/Buyer relationship and implementing a travel policy.
Imran Changezi, Director of Global Sales, Corporate - Jumeirah Group, will open the Educational Conference with a free to attend Keynote speech on 'The evolution of the business travel segment and future trends in the Middle East.'
David Radcliffe, Chief Executive Officer, HRG, will deliver the keynote address on Day Two on the topic of 'Future Trends in the Business Travel industry in the Middle East.'
The Educational Conference will also take a closer look at the results of the pre-show survey, conducted by YouGovSiraj this summer. The findings will be presented by Jane Wilson, Director of Travel & Tourism Research at YouGovSiraj, who carried out the initial survey and analysis.
The two opening Keynote speeches and YouGovSiraj research presentation will be open to all delegates free of charge. The interactive sessions can be booked in advance, before October 16.
