RealCAPITA announces groundbreaking $20m project RealVIEWS

RealCAPITA, a Bahraini real estate investment firm, continues its achievements in developing real estate projects at local levels with the launch of RealVIEWS project.

The project is located at the Cornish AlFatih in the heart of Manama, with a total cost of $20m.

This project is characterized by a prominent location close to various malls, restaurants and other service centers, with a panoramic sea view and a unique position in the heart of the city.

On this occasion Mr. Mohammed AlTawash, Vice Chairman and the President of RealCAPITA announced:
"RealVIEWS has an attractive modern design; directly overlooking the sea in a vibrant area which is considered one of the most demanded residential areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The tower mediates shopping centers, markets and a number of famed restaurants spread in the area, which allows the residents to have variety of options, in addition to that the tower itself has several services such as the two pools indoor & outdoor, health club and some other services."


"Keller, the piling contracting company, has been appointed to carry on surveying and piling work of the project, in preparation to initiate the process of the construction. We selected Keller because of our great confidence of it's, as RealCAPITA has cooperated to complete it's all other real estate projects, and this cooperation has proved a dedication and commitment to the development action plans" Mr. AlTawash added.

"Keller will begin pilling and the foundations in beginning of coming September. All the engineering drawings and work has been finalized, and the work is still beiging continued on the details of interior designs and unit decors. RealVIEWS project management was given to Meena Projects Company which has an excellent track record of managing large projects, and it is currently working to manage the majority of Amwaj Island projects. All this affirmed its full commitment to oversee the project and the accuracy of its establishment as standard specifications and ensuring the effective functioning of the plans in advance" Mr. Mohammed Dhaif Director Development of RealCAPITA said.

RealVIEWS is a 25 story residential tower; it consists of 58 residential units, containing 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Moreover, deluxe apartments that differ due to their modern decor are also offered. A unique sea view swimming pool is located at the 12th floor, which is in the middle of the tower, in addition to the other indoor swimming pool located at the same floor, health club and other facilities and services.

Bahrain Intec. Signed a treaty as the consultants of the project, RealVIEWS will consume 12,000 Square feet. The project will commence on mid. June, the estimated closing stages are at the 2nd half of 2010.
