Nearly 100 employees participated in the closing ceremony for phase one of the bank's culture creation workshops which was attended by Emirates NBD CEO and members of Executive Committee and senior management.
His Excellency Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman Emirates NBD, said:

Emirates NBD partnered with GENYX Consulting, partner in culture creation and strategy implementation, to help align and engage all employees as the group integrates its businesses and operations and creates its new culture. GENYX, a UAE based consulting company, helped in designing and facilitating the roll out of the culture workshops so that staff from all parts of the bank commit to the bank's aim to be an international benchmark in the financial services sector. Emirates NBD has set a strong vision, clear mission, and inspiring ambition to be a world leader. No other bank in the Middle East has undertaken such a deep and wide culture creation initiative.
