Etisalat delegation visits ECSSR

In their reception was Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Ali, Manager of Media Department and Head of Media Committee at the Center, Mr. Tareq Zaal, The Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs Department and Mr. Ali Al Kethairi, Conferences Specialist, who delivered Dr. Jamal Sanad Al Suwaidi, The General Director of the ECSSR's warm welcome and his deep appreciation for Etisalat who is always keen to sponsor the scientific and research activities of the Center.

The delegation praised the huge efforts of the ECSSR on the different fields and its achievements through the years since its establishment, which has enriched the intellectual and cultural life of the country.

In addition to the large amount of studies, researches and reports which has massively contributed to Arabic cultural life in general and the Emirates cultural life in particular.

Mr. Khalid Matar along with Mrs. Najma Ahmed Saif showed their amazements over the verities of studies and publications conducted by the ECSSR, which covers many fields such as politics, economy and military.

Mr. Mohammed Al Ali escorted the delegation to the Media Department and visited the Media Monitoring Unit.

Impressed by the high tech used by the team at the Media Department to monitor tens of Arabic and English Satellite Channels and the following up of news.

Mr. Khalid Matar and Mrs Najma Ahmed Saif were introduced to Akhbar AlSa'ah "News of the Hour" daily analytical bulletin that provides political and economical views and analysis to the latest and most important events in the world.

This all reflects the huge efforts done by the team of writers to deliver such bulletin which is considered to be an analytical window of the Emirates' and the World's events to those who are involved from inside and outside the Emirates.

There is also another bulletin which was introduced to the delegation , called Al Alem Al Yaoum, "The World Today".

This bulletin is specialized in monitoring local and international events and the media services delivered by the team who works with this publication.

It also met with the heads of departments of the ECSSR.

The Etisalat delegation discussed sponsorship of the annual conferences, in which Mr. Khalid Matar and Mrs. Najma Ahmed Saif welcomed the sponsorship of ECSSR's conferences, pointing out to the importance of such events for enriching the cultural life inside and outside the country.
