Global seeks $410m for NBQ stake

Kuwait's Global Investment House is seeking $410m syndication three-year term loan to back its acquisition of a 20% stake in National Bank of Umm Al Quwain (NBQ), Reuters has reported. Lenders are invited to commit to the financing on four tickets of $30m, $20m, $10m or $5m, for fees of 120 bps, 100 bps, 85 bps or 75 bps respectively.
