Additionally, a Touch Rugby Tournament was held to generate donations for the orphanage for which 88 V Blacks was hailed champion.

Other sponsors for the charity events were Sentinel and Middle East Fitness Professional (mefitpro).
Sporting equipment packages of new adidas touch tops, rugby balls, cones and sporting bags courtesy of adidas were also provided to both orphanages by mefitpro.
