The Company will hold a second CGA at 1 pm on Thursday 11th September 2008, at the Al Yasat Ballroom, Al Murooj Rotana Hotel, Dubai.
The agenda of the Constitutive General Assembly is as follows:
1. Revise and approve the founding shareholders report on the formalities of incorporating the Company, as well as expenses incurred thereof.
2. Ratify and adopt the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
3. Confirm the first Board of Directors of the Company nominated for 3 years according to Article (36) of the Company's Articles of Association.
4. Ratify the appointment of the Company's auditor.
5. Announce the incorporation of the Company.
If a quorum is not achieved in the second CGA, a third CGA will be held at 1 pm on Thursday 18th September, at the Rashidiya Hall, Al Bustan Rotana Hotel, Garhoud, Dubai. The same agenda will be discussed.
In the event of any change to the dates stated above, an announcement will be made through the local newspapers.
