Al Gana wins a BD4.8m contract

"Banan Saar is one of the most distinguished housing projects, located in a prime, secure area" said Mr. Ahmed Yusuf, CEO of Abaad Real Estate.

"Phase one of the project is spread over an area of 14,700qm, and a total built up area of 13,212 sqm", he added.

"Having finalized design layouts and obtained final permits from the relevant authorities, the project has already started constructions in addition sales will begin in the month of October, and the constructions are estimated to complete by late 2009" he added.
