Al Gana wins a BD4.8m contract

Abaad, a Real Estate Investment firm, has awarded a BD4.8m contract to Al Gana Constructions, to build Phase One of Banan Saar Villas, the 35 residential units located in one of the most luxurious areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
"Phase one of the project is spread over an area of 14,700qm, and a total built up area of 13,212 sqm", he added.
"Having finalized design layouts and obtained final permits from the relevant authorities, the project has already started constructions in addition sales will begin in the month of October, and the constructions are estimated to complete by late 2009" he added.
The reason behind awarding Al Gana Constructions, Mr. Yusuf said: "The Company holds a rich background in developing residential and commercial projects, and we are looking forward to extend this partnership to include other projects in the future".
Banan Saar is built in two phases covering a total land area of more than 27,000 sqm, phase one will consist of 35 villas and phase two will consist of 22 villas, designed to offer a luxurious lifestyle surrounded by a harmonious and serene environment which blends together with the surrounding neighborhood.
Abaad Real Estate Company was established in the first quarter of 2007 with a paid-up capital of BD25m.
It is a fully integrated real estate investment, development and management company operating in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles.
