Once open, visitors to the mall should be met by a member of a "greeter" team. Dressed in bright green T-shirts, this team will be dedicated to help visitors find their way around the 1.5 million square feet of space and get to where they want to go.

The other 'customer service' team will be positioned throughout the centre to help visitors get the best of Bahrain's premier shopping, leisure and entertainment destination once inside.

In September visitors from the Kingdom, will be invited to journey through the Centre and watch the mall reveal itself week by week, month by month, as retailers begin to open their stores to help Bahrain City Centre unfold into the Kingdom's ultimate retail, entertainment and lifestyle destination.
