UK, US slowdowns boost Dubai market

The slowdown in the propery market in Europe and the US has boosted Dubai's market, Yaqoob Al Zarouni, deputy chief executive officer of Dubai Properties, told Gulf News. He said slowdowns that have occurred in the rest of the worl have worked in Dubai's favour because 'investors are always looking for places where they can have high returns and the Dubai market fulfils that'.
