Cayan achieves 3 years in a row CNBC Arabian Property Awards For Best Development in Dubai and KSA

CNBC Arabian Property Awards announced Cayan Investment and Development the prestigious winner of the Best Marina Development for Silverene - Dubai and the Best High Rise Development for Lamar Towers- KSA.

These prominent awards will be presented at the grand gala dinner to be held in The Madinat - Dubai on the 19th of October.

The fact that Cayan has won these coveted awards for its projects in both Dubai and Jeddah is clear proof that Cayan cannot only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive Arabian Property arena in the UAE and the GCC.

Entries were judged by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and incomparable by any other property awards.

Chaired by Eric Pickles this year's judges included 22 connoisseurs highly representative of the real estate industry.

Illustrious 65 and 70 storey Lamar acquires the Best High Rise Development Award for escalating in Jeddah to offer stunning views of the Red Sea; while Silverene, the spectacular architectural achievement for Cayan is built on one of the best locations on the water edge of Dubai Marina collects the Best Marina Development Award.

In his commentary, Cayan chairman Mr. Ahmed Al Hatti, said:

"CNBC Arabian Property Awards are one of the most specialized and prestigious Property Awards. Cayan Projects have won these awards for three consecutive years as a result of Cayan's expertise and competence in investment and real estate development. Cayan went beyond the UAE market into KSA and lately the Egyptian markets raising the company portfolio from a single project to the most prestigious and award winning projects including Infinity tower and the recently delivered The Jewels."
