Dubai Properties showcases Culture Village's 'Babil' in Paris

Dubai Properties, leading master developer and a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group, hosted an exclusive event in Paris to unveil its latest residential development 'Babil' at the Dhs50bn Culture Village.
The event followed the successful launch of the new development at the Harrods's in London, where Babil generated significant interest from strategic investors.
Culture Village will span over 40 million square feet and feature wide open spaces, traditional wind towers, cobble stone walkways, unique sculptures, waterways topped with bridges, creek side souks, restaurants and cafes, an amphitheatre for live performances and cultural festivals, an exhibition hall and museums.
The development will also comprise serene residential communities, vibrant retail and commercial sectors, academic institutions, schools, art colleges, and learning centres for dance and other crafts.
As one of its centrepieces, the 215-suite Palazzo Versace Dubai will sprawl over 429,509 square feet of prime land comprising 220 condominiums, restaurants, a spa and 204 luxury villas that will be furnished with an exclusive line of products from the Versace Home Collection.
A premium waterfront development offering unobstructed views of the Creek, the Dhs2.56bn resort will is scheduled for an opening in 2009.
Dubai Properties projects represent a diverse spectrum of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments including Business Bay, The Villa, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Tijara Town.
