Middle East: Wednesday, September 10 - 2008 at 11:12

Amazon.com, the world's largest online retailer, is teaming up with Taufeer.com, a Saudi-based e-commerce service provider, to sell its products throughout the Middle East, reported The National. The two companies aim to create an Arabic portal for the US-based retailer and alleviate some of the difficulties involved in the overseas shipping process. Currently, Amazon delivers to a number of Middle Eastern and Central Asian countries, including the UAE.
