Paul Warren joins the company as Chief Strategic Officer, to provide senior strategic advice to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Mounir D Haidar, Chief Executive Officer, Sorouh Real Estate PJSC, said: "Mr Warren has the experience in strategy and investments. His appointment further demonstrates our focus on building a senior management team with the skills necessary to take Sorouh through its next phase of growth. Mr Warren has more than 20 years experience in investment banking and strategy. Mr Warren has held senior roles in the investment banking industry including six years at J.P. Morgan & Co in the United States, where he was Vice President of Investments Banking until 1992.
