The Tiger Towers will be situated on plots WFMA-C1B1 and WFMA-C12B2 in the Madinat Al Arab portion of the Dubai Waterfront development, and will be 170m and 185m tall, respectively. Together, the towers will have a total built-up area of 121,500mē and the buildings will be joined by 3000mē of retail space at the street level and a four-storey podium building.
They will also share four levels of dedicated underground parking. Their unique, slender design means that many of the two towers' units will be exclusive corner units, combining breathtaking views and maximum daylight exposure.
The project includes an extensive array of amenities, such as concierge services, a children's playroom, club facilities including a lounge for relaxing and entertaining guests, a spa, a swimming pool and an exercise room. The Club facilities also include a 48th floor rooftop restaurant and exquisitely landscaped areas on the ground level.
Mr. Taha Mohammed, CEO of Tiger Properties, said of the project:
"With Tiger Towers, Tiger Properties will establish a new benchmark for buildings in the Waterfront district - one of Dubai's most successful new urban neighbourhoods. Tiger Properties envisions this high-rise project as an icon in the city, becoming Dubai's most luxurious urban condominium building."
Dubai Waterfront comprises a wide variety of residential, commercial industrial facilities as well as the large number of major tourist attractions and leisure amenities one would expect from a city of more than a million people.
A conglomerate of canals and artificial islands, the minimization of ecological impact is a major consideration in every aspect of the city's design, construction and operation. Energy and water conservation are achieved through integration of utilities in dedicated utility centres, where process streams are interlinked and waste is converted into energy to power the city.
