Dr. Tarik Yousef, Dean of Dubai School of Government, welcomed the agreement with the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, saying:
"This partnership embodies the desire of both the Foundation and the Dubai School of Government to enhance knowledge in the Arab world. As part of the Foundation's Pioneers program, it will give our students the opportunity to develop into effective and innovative leaders in the government sector in this region."
He added: "The agreements recently reached by the Dubai School of Government with the governments of Egypt and Syria, as well as other agreements to be announced soon, have encouraged us to seek a strategic partner to finance the studies of Arab talents in Dubai. We are pleased with the initiative of MBRF towards achieving this goal, as it falls under the Foundation's mandate to interpret the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum in developing knowledge in the Arab world and encouraging Arab talents to excel and succeed."
