Giving details of the agreement, H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Mohamed Zayed bin Saqr Al Nahyan, Managing Director, Reef Real Estate said, 'We are pleased to appoint NAGA Architects as consultants and concept designers for Down Town Jebel Ali and Jebel Ali Palm. Both projects are absolutely unique and will benefit tremendously from NAGA's extensive expertise and experience to gain a competitive advantage in the market.'
NAGA Architects, with over a decade's experience in the Middle East, was selected from a prestigious group of internationally renowned consultancy and design firms, as the ideal choice for Reef Real Estate's prime developments.
While Down Town Jebel Ali is a commercial building in 016 Zone 2 with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Jebel Ali Palm at Crescent A is a residential building offering full sea view.
Expressing his delight, Dr Shams El Din Naga, PhD, RIBA, Managing Director, NAGA Architects said, 'We are extremely excited about both the projects and are very pleased to be part of such a dynamic team. As a first step we will formulate a comprehensive plan for both the developments.'
Present at the signing ceremony were also Mr Rob Addison, COO Reef Real Estate; Mr Sherif Mourad, Development / Design Manager, AIA, APID; Dr Ahmed El Kady, Associate and Mr Francesco Anzolin, Senior Design Architect.
