RTA train 21 employees on etiquette & international protocol

The Roads & Transport Authority recently organized a training course designed to upgrade the profile & efficiency of its employees on etiquette and international protocol.
It was reported by Ali t, Acting Director Human Resources & Development (HR&D) Dep't, at RTA Corporate Support Services Sector, that this course was part of the ongoing efforts of the RTA to uplift and polish the skills of its HR in all fields of concern to the RTA.
"More than 21 employees affiliated to different departments of the RTA took part in the course which lasted for one week. The course was held by Training & Development Section at HR&D Dep't in coordination with various RTA departments; particularly Marketing & Corporate Communication Dep't. The course focused on the art of etiquette, social norms and international protocol. Discussions covered a number of topics which are capable of promoting the skills and competency of employees in making inter-personal transactions, welcoming delegations, social norms and international protocol.
"Among the etiquette skills gained by participants are etiquettes of communication, speech, introduction, dress, eating, gift presentation, telephone call, social visits, banquets, visiting patients and decorations.
