Assistant Sales Manager returns from training

Zayani Motors, the sole distributors of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation (MFTBC) in the Kingdom of Bahrain recently welcomed their Assistant Sales manager Mr. AbdulRasool Hajji from his training in Japan.

Mr. AbdulRasool attended the three-day Mitsubishi Truck & Bus Management training session at the Mitsubishi Training Center at Nagoya - Japan along other Mitsubishi Service managers from across the GCC.

The training emphasized on the necessity and implementation of new and effective methods to be applied in workshop management in the commercial car industry.

'By applying new conventional means of developing our working environment, we can save not only in terms of time but also in cost, thereby providing efficient and better services to our wide range of clientele,' said Mr. AbdulRasool.

The training session was headed by Mr. S. Kwano and Mr. Takida San where trainees were enlighted on different ways of improving working standards in the Services department through the provision of high quality services and the adoption of various means of converting potential customers into regular ones.
