Tameer Holding completes foundation raft of Elite Residence

The foundation raft of the Elite Residence was completed in less than five months since the commencement of construction. On-site, the construction team continues to prepare the shuttering and formworks for the fourth level basement slab.

Managing Director of Tameer Dubai, Abdul Hamid Moukayed, expressed satisfaction with the advancement of construction on the Elite Residence, noting that Tameer was exerting additional efforts and planning carefully to avoid the obstacles that have faced other developers recently.

said Mr. Moukayed.

Design and engineering firm ASE Consultants has been appointed to consult on the Elite Residence, whilst the Arabian Construction Company (ACC) was awarded the main contract for the project.

'The decision to appoint ASE was based on our ultimate confidence in the firm along with its impeccable track record and portfolio. ACC was selected largely due to its all-encompassing knowledge and experience in high-rise construction. Since the Elite Residence is an exceptionally tall residential tower, it was a hugely decisive factor to ensure that we have only the best contractors for the project, a company that has immense knowledge and experience in working on such tall and luxurious structures,' said Mr. Moukayed.
