Dubai's Department of Finance receives US Consul General to boost relationships

In the process of enhancing the warm relationships with the US, H.E. Sami Al Qamzi, Director General of the Department of Finance - Government of Dubai received the US Consul General, H.E. Paul Sutphin.

The meeting was attended by number of the division's heads from the Department of Finance where they introduced to the US Consul General the applied financial systems. In addition, number of topics were tackled to clarify the services and international systems offered by the Department of Finance - Government of Dubai.

The meeting proved to be successful because it managed to boost the bilateral ties and facilitated the exchang of ideas between both parties.

About that productive meeting, H.E. Sami Al Qamzi, said:
"It is our endeavor to maintain close contacts with the US Government and continually look for ways to further strengthen relationships. Because of the successful exchange of experience, this meeting was a positive addition to us."


By the end of the bilateral meeting H.E. Sami Al Qamzi and H.E. Paul Sutphin expressed their appreciation for such a fruitful meeting and their readiness for future cooperation. On his departure, H.E. Paul Sutphin thanked the Department of Finance - Government of Dubai on their cooperation and support.
