The S.S. Lootah - TROW partnership, which offers unique non-conventional services in design, engineering and project management, will be showcasing their portfolio of services at the upcoming 'Cityscape Dubai 2008' as part of the entire value chain of construction services offered by S.S. Lootah International.
Eng. Yahya Lootah, Vice Chairman-CEO of S.S. Lootah Group commented, 'Dubai will be setting the standards for the world in green buildings guided by the regulation by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

According to Mr. Hany Shahin, General Manager of TROW International, Middle East, 'Our strategic partnership with S.S. Lootah has moved to the next level with the expansion of our service portfolio.
We are already working on iconic projects in Dubai including several waterfront developments like the Dubai promenade. We hope to contribute to the great construction boom in the region through our non-conventional services.'
The timing of the announcement also coincided with the LEED AP certification of Ms. Karine St-Germain, Senior Mechanical Engineer with TROW International, Middle East, who is the first Dubai-based LEED AP assessor of TROW.
Ms. Karine, who has been working on several projects in Dubai, said 'I was attracted to Dubai to be a part of the great construction revolution here which is soon going to change the face of building construction across the world. I am happy to be a part of this exciting phase for the construction industry.'
TROW International, Middle East currently has numerous projects in Dubai and the GCC including managing the integrated residential city project of Ewaan Global Residential in Jeddah worth SR 1.5 bn, with additional projects worth SR 3 bn in KSA.
TROW also works closely with Lootah BCGas on several gas infrastructure projects. TROW is one of Canada's largest engineering and consulting companies.
