Under the five-year contract, Agility will manage warehousing activities such as materials handling and spare parts, preservation and re-organization for KNPC in Kuwait.

Dakheel Al-Dakheel, Director of Sales for Agility, said:
"Agility has a long history with KNPC and has managed several contracts for them over the last five years. This new contract demonstrates their confidence in our capabilities and further strengthens our relationship with them."

KNPC began outsourcing their warehouses to Agility in 2003. As a direct result this has allowed them to concentrate on their core competency - oil refining without having to invest time or efforts into reliable storage or transportation issues.

Al Dakheel explained: "Along with the deliverables mentioned in the contract, we will also provide KNPC with services that include inspection, site delivery, inventory management and reporting. In addition, our existing freight forwarding, customs clearance and complete 4PL support, provides KNPC the complete logistics services they need."

"With Agility's global presence and comprehensive portfolio of specialized services we are well equipped to support the growing demands of the fast paced oil and gas sector in Kuwait and this makes us an ideal partner in this industry," he added.
