The students, aged 7 to 11, were brought together as part of the Royal Charity Organisation's ongoing program to support orphans in Bahrain.
Commenting on the event, Mr. Philip Lam, Managing Director of Raffles City Bahrain said:
"We at CapitaLand believe in creating value in the communities in which we operate as much as we believe in creating value for the residents of our projects. This Fun Day for the RCO children is but the first of many planned initiatives for Raffles City Bahrain and CapitaLand in the Kingdom. We are in the process of developing a sustainable CSR programme which we hope to begin implementing in the near future."
The students enjoyed traditional games such as Dawamat, Al Laqfa and Skipping the Rope, at the Gulf Finance House Sports Hall in Umm Al Hassam. They were also given traditional Ramadan sweets and food.
