Style 7 is set to cultivate the next generation of UAE women in business and appoint them into key leadership positions within Dubai Infinity Holdings, as well as to sustain merging talent in the region.

The 7 non conventional business sectors include Development, project management, marketing, hospitality management, architecture, engineering & Interior Design, all set to be an integral part for the development of the globally renowned 'Isla Moda' project.

stated Ms. Samira Abdulrazzak, CEO Dubai Infinity Holdings who is spearheading the Style 7 program.

In a bid to reach all potential high achieving candidates DIH is targeting post graduates who are pursuing further studies but also have field experience at the top local Universities.

The following Universities will be included in the road show conducted by DIH Head of Human Capital, Ms Kawthar Saeed:

· Zayed University

· Al Ghurair University

· Middlesex University

· University of Dubai

· American University

'I see the top 50 candidates as an invaluable pool of talent for this market to access and utilize, this will have a powerful impact on the socio economic development of the UAE by encouraging women to assume senior management roles as well as facilitating the social progression of this region. Style 7 will also focus on 'unique skill set' as the importance of female architects and interior designers is as valuable to the growth of this marketplace as female leaders, concluded Ms. Samira Abdulrazzak.

The final 50: 'Style 7 Bootcamp'

The top 50 candidates will be signed up on a boot camp assignment where they will have one month to structure a winning business model for a real estate development.

This will demonstrate their ability in leadership, innovation, teamwork as well as practical skills implementation.

They will present their ideas in front of the CEO & senior management at Dubai Infinity Holdings.

Style 7 is in keeping with the Strategic plan 2015 visualized by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, (Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai), which encourages women to be appointed in key leadership positions and is aligned with the mandate of Dubai Infinity Holdings' to fulfil the unmet needs in the community.
