HRS program has studied and diagnosed 175 schools to be "dangerous zones" and to this date, has attracted fundraising and changed 57 schools to become safe school zones. With 34 schools around the Kingdom, and 23 schools in the city of Amman, this initiative has impacted the everyday lives of 427,670 people including students, parents and teachers, as well as drivers in the school zones. The campaign comes at the heels of the success of this initiative and is driven by the objective of building on the existing achievement for future milestones.
"We're all enthusiastic at Hikmat Road Safety about this campaign because we are involving our communities into taking action and we are providing them with ownership to make the streets of Jordan, and specifically the school zones safer" said Mr Maher Kaddoura, Founder of Hikmat Road Safety.
Mr. Kaddoura added:

Making the schools of Jordan a safer zone is a responsibility of every man, woman and child who encounter such risks every day. The purpose of this campaign is to encourage everyone to pitch in, since any small donation can make a big difference in saving our children."
"Our partnership with Hikmat Road Safety is a humble contribution that our institution can do in the path of making Jordan's streets safer" said Mr Mashal Batayneh, Managing Director of e3mar, "we hope we become the role model that other institutions and individuals will follow towards Hikmat Road Safety's goals and objectives" he added.
The awareness campaign will be implemented through the Call Center of the Business & Professional Women- Amman. The call center project is the fruit of a partnership between e3mar and BPWA aiming to employ Jordanian women in the call center industry. The BPWA was represented at the signing by its President Meisa Batyneh Maani, who saluted the decision of the Hikmat Road Safety Initiative to choose the BPWA Call Center to implement the campaign. She said: " By working with BPWA , Hikmat Road Safety is reaching its awareness raising and fundraising objectives while contributing to the employment of women in the governorates of Amman and Zarqa, where the BPWA call center operates. The signing ceremony was also attended by the Executive Directors of Hikmat Road Safety and BPWA, Rama Ishaq and Dana Shuqom.
