Property TV, an international 24x7 channel, set to be launched in Dubai in October

Designed on the 'infotainment' format, Singapore-based Property TV will have Gulf-specific programming at Dubai prime time daily, said Prince Goyal, Director and CEO, Property TV, who was in Dubai to finalise arrangements with local service providers to distribute the free-to-air to Gulf homes.

"Irrespective of the recent negative reports appearing in the media, Dubai property is still on the minds of local and international investors. The UAE as a whole is involved in headline-making and mind-boggling projects. Property TV will cater to the global interest in real estate by airing world-class infotainment-based property programs,"

said Goyal.

Property TV has set up a production and editorial unit in Dubai to do Gulf-specific programming. The channel will be available to over 5 million subscribed households through cable & satellite and direct-to-home players across the region and millions more across Europe and other parts of the globe.

"We feel there is a strong need for a dedicated property channel with an international footprint and global perspective," said Goyal. "Viewers will get to know everything they wanted to know about property investment and home décor, but did not know where to go. Property TV will be a one-stop channel for anything to do with real estate."
